Terms of use of the Morgana Fish website and general conditions for quotations and seafood export orders.
1. About this website
morganafish.net is operated by Morgana Fish, Barmat N° 72, Ait Melloul, Agadir, Morocco. By using this website you accept these terms.
2. Information on the website
Product descriptions, sizes, origins, specifications and photos are given for information and may change with the fishing season and availability. Photos and videos are illustrative. Only the written quotation or pro-forma invoice we send you is binding.
3. Quotations and orders
- Prices are not published on the website and are given on request.
- An order is confirmed only by a signed contract or pro-forma invoice accepted by both parties.
- Delivery terms (FOB, CFR, CIF), payment terms (TT, LC at sight), quantities, packaging and shipping dates are those agreed in writing for each order.
- Minimum order quantities are shown on each product page and may vary.
4. Quality and claims
Products are prepared and stored under HACCP procedures. Any quality claim must be sent in writing with photos and supporting documents within the period stated in the contract. Claims are handled according to the agreed contract and applicable international trade rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Morgana Fish name, logo, texts, photos and videos on this website belong to Morgana Fish or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is free from errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for websites we link to.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Agadir, unless otherwise agreed in the sales contract.
