Yes. We can arrange samples for qualified buyers. Sample costs (product + courier) are typically charged but credited against the first commercial order. Please contact us with your target product and delivery address.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight or usance), and CAD (documents against payment). For new clients, we typically start with 30% advance and 70% on B/L copy. Established clients can negotiate open account terms.

Yes. We offer custom packaging with your brand artwork for minimum order volumes. We handle label printing, carton design, and inner pack formatting. Lead time for new artwork is typically 2–3 weeks.

Our pelagic species primarily come from FAO Area 34 (Northeast Atlantic / NW Africa). Shellfish are sourced from the Indian Ocean and Mediterranean. All catch areas are documented on catch certificates accompanying each shipment.

For in-stock frozen products, we can load within 3–5 business days of receiving order confirmation and down payment. For fresh products on specific sailing schedules, we advise 7–10 days. Custom processing orders require 2–4 weeks.
