1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us when you request a quote or contact us by email, WhatsApp, phone or the contact form: your name, company, country, email address, phone number and the content of your message (products, quantities, delivery terms).

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not ask you to create an account.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your request and send quotations, specifications and offers you asked for.
• To prepare and carry out contracts, shipments, invoices and export documents.
• To meet our legal, customs and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. This policy is written in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only when necessary with logistics, shipping, inspection, banking and customs partners involved in your order, and with our technical providers (website hosting by Hostinger, email and WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to contact us there).

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 2 years. Data linked to orders and invoices is kept for the period required by commercial and tax law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to export@morganafish.net. In Morocco you may also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel); in the EU, your local data protection authority.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS with security headers. Access to customer information is limited to the staff who need it.

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
